Six-month Mastery of the Self Course, Barcelona, Spain

Mastery of the Self Course is a live-in retreat convened near Barcelona, Spain. The purpose of participating in a Mastery of the Self Course is to be guided by teachers to achieve and stabilise life in the present moment. Life lived from the present moment is one that is grounded in contentment, peace of mind and laced with joy, happiness and magic. Life is lived free from the negative chatter of the mind once this level of consciousness is stabilised.

It is actually our birthright to live free of the mind, and it is the only way to fully experience and enjoy life.

The course is structured to allow the consistent and swift expansion in your consciousness over the duration of the course.

The teacher of all the Ishaya teachers, Maharishi Krishnananda Ishaya is based at the Spanish retreat centre and he leads the six month Mastery of the Self Course.

The course is inclusive of all tuition, accommodation and meals.
