About the Courses

The weekend meditation course is simple, relaxing and enjoyable and all you need to start practicing these techniques in your daily life.

Course Format:      Friday      7.00 pm - 10.00pm
                               Saturday  10.00am - 4.30pm
                               Sunday   10.00am - 4.00pm

Our down-to-earth and experiential approach makes the entire weekend one you will not forget. By the end of the course you will have everything you need for a self sufficient practice that will enhance freedom in all areas of your life.

During the weekend you will learn four Nowspace techniques based on Praise, Gratitude and Love and have plenty of opportunity to practice them.

The cost of the weekend course is $295 (New Zealand) and $495 (Australia).

The cost of the first weekend meditation course includes on-going access to teachers, fortnightly meetings and the ability to re-sit any weekend course anywhere in the world for free.

Usually there are between five and ten people attending, with course being held in a home environment.


Course times and content are as follows:

Friday:

7 pm - 10 pm

* Introduction and Course Outline

* Receive the Praise Ascension Attitude

* Meditate with the Praise Attitude

Saturday:

10 am - 4.30 pm

* Check in & Meditate

* Questions & Answers

* The Mechanics of Ascension

* Receive the Gratitude Ascension Attitude

* Meditate with the Gratitude Attitude

* Lunch Break

* States of Consciousness

* Discussion

* Receive the Love Ascension Attitude

* Meditate with the Love Attitude

Sunday:

10 am - 4.30 pm

* Receive the Fourth Ascension Attitude (Cognition Technique)

* Meditate with all your Attitudes

* Discussion

This Ascension Attitude is given individually rather than in a group setting, and the majority of the day is spent practicing all four techniques with the eyes closed. An explanation of the fourth Attitude will be given at the end of the day, and there will be plenty of time to answer any questions that may remain. Many people find that the Sunday is the most beautiful and enjoyable part of the weekend.

You'll leave the weekend course with absolutely everything you need in order to begin practicing Nowspace meditiation in your daily life.
