Saranya Amanda Tarrant
I came from England in 1995 and my work has always been driven by a desire to help people prevent and manage stress so they can live healthy lives and have great relationships with others.
I learned Nowspace meditation 13 years ago, initially using the technique for rest and relaxation and then found it helping me in many other ways. I experience a continual joy and daily contentment in my daily life.
I have been teaching for 7 years and I also work as a practitioner for Myers Briggs Personality Profiling, and I am a SHEN Physio-emotional release therapist.

Hridaya (Katie Hemsley)
Currently I call Melbourne, Australia home after travelling and working in retreat centres around the world teaching Nowspace meditation. I have been practicing Nowspace since 1998 and it has continually given me a profound experience of inner contentment, clarity and peace. I am passionate about helping others put the discovery and joy back into their lives.

Aditi (Sally Lewis)
I live in Castle Hill in Canterbury, after 20 years in business in Wellington. After achieving many things in my life and living a very comfortable existence I felt there was still something missing - I wanted to know what life was all about; who I truly was. There had to be more to life than the constant chatter in my head which left me stressed and with a constant feeling of anxiety and fear.
Nowspace meditation has allowed me to experience the magic of life in the present moment - beyond the limitations of the mind. It is peaceful beyond words, rich and fulfulling.

Sunara (Mark Rapley)
I grew up on a sheep farm and had 22 years in Auckland building computer software. I then moved to the South Island's West Coast and ran a home stay with my partner. Through a very stressful situation my partner got ill and together we learnt Nowspace Meditation.
It helped my partner back to health and made me realise that my inner peace was everything. I'm now back in Auckland and living in the house I left years ago, but living a completely different life - a life grounded in peace.
Sukradeva (Michael O'Brien)
I am based in Melbourne, Australia working in the banking sector and have been teaching Nowspace Meditation since 1999. Life was great but I still wasn't internally fulfilled and I started to work on 'me'. When I found Nowspace I noticed an immediate calmness and peacefulness within myself that was so gentle and loving it almost defied description.
I have the desire to share the techniques that had such a profound effect on my own life.

Annada (Linda Moon)
I live in Christchurch and I have been meditating for 2 1/2 years. Right from the beginning I knew I had found what I had been unconsciously looking for most of my life. A place of peace, a connection to the God within. I had been searching on the outside but always feeling something was missing.
I am a massage therapist, also working with people with disabilities. I have three daughters and four grandchildren which makes for a very busy life. I now feel complete and whole and I observe and participate in life from a completely different place. Living in the present moment I have more clarity and my relationships with others is loving, accepting and alive.

Ratna (Sue Wells)
Raised in a devout Christian household I was always attracted to meditation. As a young child I had a profound experience of chaos. At that moment I saw how chaos was not around me, but in me. I knew instinctively this was not 'natural'. I wanted to know where the infinite, space, peace, silence and tranquility had gone. What was this separation thing? Where the hell was I and how did I get here? I wanted to go back!
This led me on a life long quest to recapture something very precious I knew I had forgotten. Eventually this led me to Nowspace. When I received my first Nowspace attitude/technique I knew I had found it. The quest was over and I've never looked back.
Brahmananda (Jesse (Trevor) Page)
Originally from Dunedin, Auckland is where I now call home.
After having a successful business, traveling extensively around the world and training as a Life Coach I was still left with the feeling that something was missing from my life. Ultimately, it was this inner knowing that there had to be more to life than what I was experiencing that led me to find Nowspace meditation techniques. Quite simply, they work! I have now found a peace, a joy and a freedom that deep down I always knew existed.

Karpani (Jemima Hill)
For me Country Victoria in Australia will always be home! Nowspace Meditation has allowed me to be present in my life. For so long I lived my days regretting what had happened in the past or worrying about what might happen in the future. Nowspace Meditation allowed me to let go of any worry or anxiety and live life in the NOW. Working as a school teacher, or studying at university, my days are now full of joy, clarity and laughter with the greatest sense of freedom underlying everything I do.
As a teacher of Nowspace Meditation I have the privilege of passing this technique onto others and watching it enliven their lives as it did mine.

Mahakala (Greg Hopkinson).
Nowspace meditation has changed my experience of life profoundly. Contentment, peace and a lot of laughs is the norm for me. The Nowspace teaching allows me to remain attentive to this present moment - from here life is a magical road trip - I achieve much by flowing with life rather than 'trying' to 'do' things.
Prasada (Bernard Steeds)
Nowspace meditation has brought me more peace, more joy, more contentment, and deeper levels of friendship and love than I would have ever imagined possible. I'm hugely grateful for this gift, and for the opportunity to share it with others. I live in Wellington with my partner and two daughters, who also Ascend.

Sattwa Devi (Marie-Ann Quin)
I am a Midwife, Life and Career Coach, mother and very busy Grandmother. When I suffered a 'Severe Adrenal Burnout' from overwork I knew I wanted to take the natural path back to wellness; this included learning to Meditate. When I took part in the first weekend course I absolutely knew then that I would take it through to the full 6 month Mastery of the Self Course at some stage, so I could teach this gift to others. That has now happened and it is the best thing I have ever done for myself.

Ravi (Jess Atkinson)
I'm from Auckland and have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to live and teach in the UK and Spain for a year. I'm super excited to be coming home to teach in NZ! I love this teaching. I love how my own life continues to unfold; magic happens from simply living in the present moment, there's always more.
It's amazing to be able to share my experience and guide others towards a life fully lived, by staying focussed on what we really want and letting go of that which gets in the way of our peace and happiness, what an adventure..... I look forward to meeting you all!

Shivaraj (David Kerr)
Born and brought up in Scotland I have been living in Auckland since 1990, running an Engineering business for 18 years. Stress and a busy head seemed to go with the job and I was getting tired.
I discovered Nowspace Meditation from a friend 6 years ago and began to benefit from the practice straight away, experiencing calmness and peace simply as an easy choice. My life has changed much since then with more fun and laughter. I enjoy teaching and giving the opportunity to others that they might discover their true nature, one of peace and love.

Tejas (Liz Barcas)
I live in Blenheim and am employed in the corporate sector working in an administration and accounting role.
I was introduced to Nowspace meditation by a friend 11 years ago and as I practiced the meditation I began to notice subtle changes in my experience of life; I was more content, my relationships with people improved, and I operated with more clarity and focus at work. As a result I was experiencing more peace. I have been teaching Nowspace Meditation for 10 years.
